Education
Schools in the Democratic Republic of the Congo face many challenges in funding, teacher training, infrastructure and a low rate of student achievement, making it difficult to break out of the current cycle of economic dependency and social
degeneration.
How We Help
DR Congoaid partners with schools and orphanages that are already providing education but which lack adequate resources and facilities. Our largest project to date involved building a clean water system and five sets of bathrooms for 327 students at a school in N’sele in Kinshasa province, as well as schools supplies on behalf of the entire school for the year 2020-2021.

This project is part of our strategy of focusing on building up the infrastructure of a small concentrated area, making them self-sufficient and able to help neighboring communities.
